Creation of a European Compliance Desk in Dubai

Our initiative in Dubai revolves around establishing a specialized European Compliance Desk. This strategic move will empower us to offer local evaluations, effectively acting as a compliance rating agency for both corporate structures and the wealth status of individuals and businesses in Dubai. We aim to gauge their readiness and ability to access European markets, particularly in areas of crucial importance such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.

Our service will provide a unique 'Acceptability Rating' that indicates how well their Dubai-based operations/structures are poised to be received within the European regulatory framework. For example, a corporate structure that is common in Dubai, with many layers, but may be viewed as aggressively tax-optimized in Europe can be assessed and re-evaluated through our rating system. This re-evaluation will be possible through dedicated consultancy (“How to improve”).

We also bring our expertise to local market players such as Corporate Service Providers, Lawyers or wealth structuring companies.

Enhancing Acceptability Ratings

Beyond initial assessments, we look at whether and how the acceptability rating of a client's structuring and operations can be improved to facilitate entry and retention in the European market.
